I hate it when I'm walking our dogs or working in our front yard and I am not able to just say, "Hi." to someone walking by.
They're busy.
They are not there.
It strikes me as terribly rude, narcissistic even, to tune out the humans around you in this way.
It makes no sense, I can't prove it or justify it, but I feel LIVE human to human contact takes priority.
... not to mention all the deaths from drivers texting.
Okay, I donned my flame suit.
I'm ready.
