Old cut experts needed please...

So I have been looking for an OMC or OEC solitaire pendant but I am a real newbie when it comes to old cuts. I just know I love them.

I found something on ebay that looks beautiful to my untrained eye but it is a good bit above the budget I set for myself so before I take the risk I was hoping to get PSers to weigh in. Only problem is I don't want it snatched out from under me by a lurker. So should I post and hope no one recognizes the photos or too much of a risk?

Now I know that the answers might be swayed by everyone wanting to see photos LOL but I am hoping to get unbiased opinions on if I should post the pics or too risky.

Do they have a good return policy? Maybe you could purchase and evaluate it during the return window, that way there is no risk of losing the item to a lurker.
