I may be buying this diamond. What are your thoughts, opinions, comments? What would you expect to pay for a diamond like this? Thanks

The stone looks good. The most important factors besides the color and purity on a diamond certificate are depth and fluorescence. For a princess ideal depth is between 67-75% depth imo. Deeper than 75 or 76% and the stone seems smaller than its carat size, ie. a 2 carater might look like a 1.5 carater. Fluorescence is also important imo because in UV light you might get a milky or bluish color to the stone. A fluorescence grade above faint is not ideal except when dealing with lower color grades.
Good luck.

It takes allot of flourescence to get that - "strong" or more comes to mind IMO. But since there is none to talk about here...

I like the edge to edge light return
Garry, isn''t this light return pattern unusual among princess cuts ? Anything special ? This is the second one of the breed comming from WF recently.

This looks like a nice stone. The VVS2 is bit of clarity overkill IMO, but certainly not a problem.
