I've done business with Kube's, but it was 10 years ago. Now I'm wondering about the accuracy of the specs they gave me on my great-grandmother's ring. It's always a good idea to get a second opinion.
(And now I feel bad for sending another PS'er to them this January. I hope she didn't have a bad experience.)

Texaskj, they are reputable and successful. Because of that, I have to assume that this hasn't occurred on a regular basis? Or people take them at their word and don't know better. Like you said...always good to get a second opinion .
