1900 square feet. We bought it in 1971 for $45,000. At the time, it was considered a 'country property' because we were outside the town limits, but within a couple of years we were annexed into it. :((

5000+ including an insane two story 3.5 car garage that the previous owner built. He was a car nut. We have lived here for almost 18 months. I am very very very lucky.

My house is about 1600 square feet. Two story colonial. I paid more than it's worth because I bought at the top of the market (about 5 years ago.) I would never go above 2500 square feet, and I think that it would be wonderful to have 2000. As far as cost? It was over $200k. I do love my house and will love it even more when I get all my projects done. It's not super special by any means, but it's mine.

We're renting a condo that's 1400 sq. ft. Our rent increased last year and I'm pretty sure it will go up again when we renew.

The condo we own is just over 1000 sq ft, which seemed like enough space at the time. What were we thinking? It's the perfect size for our tenant though and she loves it.

1300 sf condo, $202K (under water now, thanks to the plummeting housing market :nono: ), it will be 9 years in May.

Our apartment is about 700sq ft and is two floors, we've only lived here a couple months and we pay an absolute steal in rent for Manhattan.

720 square feet (main floor), paid $94K in 2009. 1 story half-cape style home built in 1949. We have a full basement, about 50% of which is finished into a family room/exercise room and has a small bedroom. The remainder of the basement has the washer/dryer, built-in pantry and storage, the furnace and hot water tank, and a small workshop type area.

The County Assessor doesn't know about the finished basement or it would be included in the square footage, thereby increasing our property taxes by a lot :???:

Tiny Long Island apartment for me and Hubby! About 500 sq ft! Our deck outside is half the size of the apartment though so that is nice when the weather is good! At least we know if we can live in a place this small we can live anywhere! We are living as cheap as possible to pay off our student loans ASAP. As soon as those are in check we will start gearing towards a home of our own with our own apartment to rent!

1. 3,600 sq ft.
2. 345-43-6754. Yassie's social... We paid too much so I had to give something in the way of info. Since she offered it I didn't think she would mind if I shared it.
3. 6 years...

The house would sell for about $75,000 less than what I paid for it in today's market... In a beach community... Very sad! :nono:

Oh puuhleasse.. Our house here is modest.. Great neighborhood, end of cul de sac. But has a tiny kitchen, but then again I am no Martha Stewart.. We have been here for 12 + years, was in the other house for 10.

This house is it for me, it's home..

Nantucket house is on the market...Anyone want to buy it??

I am praying it doesn't sell. I love that house. But having 3 is just too much...

FLA is a no brainer, and rent it out for the season, and make $$$...

Due to us moving so often in the military, we opted to live on post, so basically we are renting from a contracted housing company. I feel like we get a great deal, our home is 2000 sq ft 4bd 2ba and only three years old. We pay approx $1280 a month-that pays for rent, water, electric, yard service and pest service. I love this house, I am not looking forward to moving in 8-10 months. :((

Overlooking the obvious discourtesy of asking about price, I can say that we live in a single storey house, and have been here for around ten years now.

I can't tell you how many square feet of space there is though. I have no idea, I don't think I ever asked. I did not know that was a fact that people had to hand, in fact. It was probably listed it on the estate agent's catalogue, but if it was, I don't recall the figure.
