YES -- you're right ... it does look a lot like them. In terms of the shape of the "petals" etc. And a great price too! Thanks for pointing it out for me. I don't think they'd scratch the right itch though. The part of the Cartier ones that spoke to me the most was the modified (medieval?) cross shape. Did find something w/similar cross proportions, made from a cluster of prong-set sapphires at a local store here -- but passed on those too. It had a wee white diamond chip in the center and that just ruined the look for me. Though I noticed that the blue outline WAS nice against my pale skin. Probably showed up more than even the Rose Gold Cartiers would have.

The white diamond in the center of these is done so nicely that it's not a turn off at all. Did you see that they have yellow gold versions with rubies and emeralds! And Flower shaped ones too?!!!

I remember saying a while ago that you are one of the scariest posters I have ever come across. You don't hold back, or pull any punches. But I think behind the scary lady is someone who is genuinely trying to help and just can't see the point in sugar coating her comments.
