Hi all,
As you may know, I have severely chipped my RB center stone. So, as a part of the insurance replacment process, they are sending me to JB International.
They will first assess the stone - to see if it should be replaced, repaired, etc (I''m pretty sure replaced),and then as my lovely adjuster said "they have thousands of stones". But, I could use my local jeweler too.
So, from what I read they are a reputable vendor, and also supplier to other vendors. Has anyone been there in person?
I don''t know what to expect from the jeweler I was assigned. I''m hoping he won''t look at me crazy when I ask to see a SARIN report - or any other information.
I want to stand my ground and get a well cut diamond, and I''m hoping someone has had a good experience with them?
Or knows that they do carry high quality stones? Anyone?
