LOGR Stones?

I'm thinking about buying a fairly inexpensive ring from LOGR but I'm not sure about the quality of his colored stones. I know that a lot of people use him for settings, but what about an amethyst ring?

I would say they can't be that good as I've seen Settings with and without a stone for the same price...

Don't! Just buy the setting without a stone, unless you don't care if it's synthetic, dyed or lead glass filled.

I had a similiar concern. I just purchased the LOGR 14k halo setting with the 7.5mm amethyst in it.
