Thursday 6/9/05 Workout

Oh how I love Alabama in the summer....the weather just suits me to a T!

Ava and I went just over five miles. I think during the summer it may be more logical for me to switch my workouts to the evening. I dont know why but the gym just is not doing it for me right now....and only patially beucase if I hear "Since you''ve been gone" one more time I will need to be committed.

I was wondering, what day of the week do all of our LIQ weigh in? (if you do) I was thinking it might be intreasting to chart how we are all doing. I dont know though...Allright I am off to shower and slater on more Glow!
