The measurements indicate a gorgeous diamond.
I agree with Scott, the price could be a little lower and I agree with Neal, the Canadian name could be adding the premium.

Without seeing the variance behind those averages, it's hard to know just how 'great' that stone really is... but its certainly promising. There is a canadium premium and of course you're paying extra for VS2 clarity when an SI1 stone would be equally "eye-clean."

There are better deals, with more comprehensive information to be had...
