Price Stats on Pricescope

I just had pricescope compute price stats for me. The average price/carat for a 1-1.49 ct D VS1 H&A doesn''t seem right. It is less than a 1A cut grade and less than a comparable E color H&A diamond. If you look at the sequence of prices in the D color row for H&A, they don''t seem right. Any explanations? Is it just that someone got a great price and drove down the average? I just paid about $9000/carat for a diamond of similar quality.

I wouldn't pay much attention to these stats but rather compare prices for similar diamonds using search function. In the case of H&A diamond also check out the search by cut quality.
