I call MIL by her first name. Her hubby''s (DH''s stepdad) name is Bob. I''ve called him Bobbo for as long as I can remember. DH and I have been together over 10 years now, and I don''t even know how the Bobbo thing started.
FIL has the same name as DH, and the family calls him Big Tim, to differentiate him from his son. So this is what I call him. He lives far away, and we only see him about once or twice a year.
DH calls my mom Ma, like I do, at her insistance. DH calls my dad & stepmom by their first names.
