Khanna Jewels Co is the name of their store:

They are using pictures from Fay Cullen and Dover Jewelry to misrepresent items in their listings! I have emailed both sites and Ebay. A Fay Cullen employee informed me Khanna Jewels Co has used their photos in almost 20 listings! Examples:

Estate Turquoise Necklace:

Copy using the same photo thats been cropped and typed their store name across:

The Dover picture used in the listing shows a necklace with completely different stats then the stats described by Khanna. They are using pictures of high quality jewelry from sites to pass of reproductions of a lesser quality!

I have come across more than 30 listings like this! I don''t care that he''s selling reproductions, but I do care that he''s misrepresenting his products by using pictures of higher quality pieces. Who knows how many people he''s done this to?

Well done burberry..that is grounds for a lawsuit..or if copywrited then copywrite infringement..there should really be two permanent threads at the top of the page with trustworthy vendors...wendy just wanted to know an ebay seller that waas good which a thread at the top could supply along with..is it gene and barry's websites..people you guys have done good with but also a thread with unscupulous vendors or ones you have had problems with..it would be nice if I was looking for a ..say sapphire ring for my girlfriend and instead of cruising the net blindly lloking I could check and see.."well chrono said this person was good" or "Barry sure gets a lot of good feedback..whats his web address" a good reference thread and not justy sites selling gemstones but some personal references..well anyways glad to see someone letting the rest of us know when they see something not right..thanks burberry

No Amguy...the real problem is not solved.The basic problem is that Ebay indirectly supports them.These guys (as you know my "CD Problem" in Ebay)when attacked,the last option they take-just close the shop.Ebay sends you biggggg email for your complain(I dont think they read the whole email from us),if you read the mail from Ebay,you will find,the actual content can be written just in a few lines(I think Amguy did that homework several times,no?

)-that means they actually have set up of emails of prototype problems-Fake item,Item not received,Illegal content etc etc.They just call the seller and say-"stop that" and send you a big mail.By that time,if the buyer makes too many noise(as I did

)-they just close that shop.Seller opens another shop with different name.
I still did not received 3 items from Ebay seller( one month lapsed).
Another fact is that,in that "CD Problem",seller name was one(payee name),email name was completely other,I sent back the Items to another name,and when I checked whether it has been delivered, through net,I saw another named person has signed and took the delivery!
I think,Ebay India sellers are more dangerous animals.Khanna Jewels Co-is completely Indian name.
Go to Ebay.in and search Khanna jewels,you will find they are selling almost all item like diamonds at about 1/500 th of the real price!!!
Somehow, a big network of these scammers has been well developed in India,who are both working online and offline.

I think Amguy can say more about this thought.

I thought we had started a list of bad vendors (eBay vendors might have been included) who did a lot of photoshopping and etc a while ago but perhaps we did not make a “sticky” for it. I wonder if this will be allowed by the Admin? It’s a good idea though and I second it.
