yay! as of sat, sept 6th, we are engaged! we were at the state capitol, which is where we went on our second date (which happened to be the date where we both knew we had potential for us to be long-term), and we were in almost the exact spot, when my now fiance got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. we custom made the ring, and i had seen the wax model of it, but there were touches he added that i hadn''t known about/seen on the wax model. it turned out so incredibly well. i''m in awe. special kudos to amy shallow of shallow jewelers who made my amazing ring. incredible! here''s a link to the pics.
