With triple digit temps in my area, the thought of an outdoor proposal just doesn''t seem romantic........

It is sooo freaking hot where I am...and I''m trying to figure out where I''m going to propose to my gf...

How about an intimate, upscale resturant?

Kind of. I''m in Longview (2 hours east), my gf is in Houston.

I was in Dallas yesterday Tues/Wed for a concert, actually.

I went to school in Nacogdoches, so I know where you are!

If you can make it up Renion Tower in the evening on the observation deck it is cool and breathtaking. The cocktail lounge and restaurant are both great too. You could even stay the night in the Hyatt which is attached.

Great job thinking ahead...IMO I would have cried if I was covered in sweat and feeling gross when I got proposed to. Did you guys have any great indoor dates that would make something indoors memorable? Aquarium at a zoo, movie theatre where you saw your first movie together, art gallery, etc?
