I really have to know what is this synthetic stone. I bought it once from a korean guy. He named it synthetic twist stone. But it seems he has created a name for it. A customer wants me to find him more. But have no idea what its real name is.

I guess I'll bite. Why are you asking the ladies of the pearl forum what a anonymous man made stone is? Mother of pearl is shell and it's not man made. I would go to a local gemologist or mineral show if they come to your area. They may have some idea what you have.
