I was thinking the same thing, but I checked a few names, and everyone from about 20 down has been added in the past 6 months, and most of the top 20 have posted recently. I didn''t look to see if anyone was engaged, and it might be worth dropping girls who just posted to be added and haven''t been back, or maybe shorten the 6 month rule to 4 months or something.

I think we could trim the list a little. I also noticed a while back that nycgal (13) posted in jenstone''s old LIW list thread that she was engaged. I haven''t seen any pictures and I don''t think she''s on the BIW board so maybe I''m wrong?

I discovered that the quickest way to look people up is to go to the old ladies in waiting threads and scroll down looking for each person on the list, since they've (almost) all posted in that thread, and their posting info is under their name.

I think it would be fine to delete people after 3 months, with the promise that you'll add them back to their spot (since its easy to find with the old list staying posted). You could maybe post a list saying the following people (say, all the people who's last post was in July or earlier) will be removed from the list unless you hear otherwise.

I went ahead and looked up folks from the beginning of the list too:
