Um, heck yes!!!! A little while back I started making a list of all the different color schemes I would want depending on what season the wedding was in. I think I''ve narrowed it down to two seasons that I''d be ok with (fall and spring). Winter here is just dead and rainy and not pretty...while summer is scorching hot and very unpleasant especially for men wearing tuxes and me in a heavy gown! With that said my colors for spring would be all pastel, blue, green, yellow. My colors for fall would be chocolate brown, maroon, gold.
The seasons that didn''t make the cut would''ve been navy and a pink/magenta color with silver accents for summer, and rose red, white, and silver for winter

Yep. All planned out. I''m actually ordering my dress tomorrow after getting confirmation today they have my size.
Since I''m not having a wedding party and it''s a small ceremony, my colors are just black and white. I plan on carrying white cala lillies. There may be a touch of blue here and there because that''s his favorite color but I have no preference really. |

Jessie, sounds like you and I have very similar tastes in all the seasons! |

Awesome! I''ve always liked them on their own, but I started liking how they look together thanks to J. Crew. They seem to like pairing grey + citrusy colors. |

It really depends on the season, the venue, and what the Mr., and I can agree on, but I really like silver/grey, with hints of navy, and anemones..
That being said, I''m totally going off on a ''Twilight'' tangent right now, and diggin'' blue, with hints of red.. twinkle lights, candy apple favours, etc.! |

In the bridal world we call it "Marigold & Pewter". Sounds prettier. LOL. I've done a few weddings with those colors. They look great together, more contemporary. Inpiration:

Of course I have! Such a fun post!
I plan on wearing off-white, either ivory or champagne, and carrying black calla lilies. My BMs will be in black with ivory calla lilies. I plan on keeping a pretty clean color palate: black and white with touches of deep purple (like the black callas) and dark green (FF''s fave color). Haven''t decided if the metal of choice will be silver or gold tone, though... |

For me, it totally depends where I get married (I''m pretty set on a fall wedding).
If I get married in AZ -- I think I''ll pick colors that reflect the landscape -- sky blue, dusty peach, sage green -- colors of that ilk If I get married in DC -- reds and yellows for fall, but complementary shades, LOL. Maybe chocolate brown with a rich garnet red. |

Ours sort of evolved in the planning process. We knew we wanted to get married in Puerto Vallarta, so I was going back and forth with doing really bright, fun fiesta colors - magenta, orange, yellow, turquoise - or doing more romantic - red, gold, ivory.
The chapel we selected really has a romantic feel so I decided on the red, gold, ivory. It will really be more gold and ivory with accents of red. Plus, I found this really cool mexican art piece that I''m going to use as our "theme" - it is in the inspiration board below, the two flaming hearts with a banner that says "nuestros corazones nidos para siempre" - "our hearts together forever" - loosely translated.
