Help me decide!

So i'm buying an engagement ring for my girlfriend and am stuck between these three options. Price wise they are a bit of a reach, middle ground, and lower for my budget. She has size 4.5 fingers. I like the .61ct, but my only gripe is the very good cut vrs the ideal. How noticeable are these differences? 2300 is a bit out of range for me, but is doable. Cut is king, if she likes fire, I'd always choose cut quality over anything else.
