With the new Harry Potter movie coming out this week, I thought I would investigate what J. K. Rowling''s (the author of the Harry Potter series) rings looked like. I found it difficult to get a close-up. Does it look like an EC engagement ring to anyone else?

If anyone is good at zooming in on pictures, would you mind helping me out? Thanks!

I would love to see close-up shots of her rings. They look gorgeous, and she''s such a classy lady!

She always wore a 3 mm gold wedding band and her engagement ring was a sapphire and diamond eternity band (supposedly a copy of a ring that belonged to Jackie Kennedy. I''ll try my best to post a picture (I haven''t quite gotten the hang of that yet...)

Just an FYI, this site says that her ring was emeralds and diamonds, but according to Carolyn's close friend (married to John Kennedy's cousin) Carole Radziwill in her book "What Remains", it was sapphires and diamonds..

Found this pic online-- wonder how accurate it is though. One source said her fiance chose the setting from her collection but another said no, it was from another jeweler..

Thanks gals for trying to find the ring of Ivanka. I "personally" wouldn''t want a ring from my collection (just me)...but who knows, she does have beautiful jewelry (some, actually, is very unique)...

LookingGood35---I just saw that on People! Thank you for posting! I cannot wait to hear some specs on it. I have always loved Ivanka. Not only is she a fellow alumna of the Univ. of Pennsylvania, but I find her to be beautiful and classy. Not anything like Paris Hilton.

oh i was watching a documentary called J.K. Rowling: A Year in the Life, and i was totally admiring her ring! i believe it is an EC, and i think it fits her perfectly. she's such a classy and elegant lady. i was trying to get some screen shots but they're a bit too small to be blown up. i think it might have a halo around it as well?
