I think it looks horribly yellow on top of just being flat and dark. Lady Amethyst, her ring doesn''t even compare to the brilliance of yours.. I''m quite serious.

That''s because I''ve been royalty obsessed ever since I got up super early as a kid to watch Lady Di walk down the aisle. Before that I didn''t even know that there were still Kings and Queens left anywhere! I''m pretty sure that this is what led me to become a historian and I know it''s to blame for my rampant case of Anglophilia!  So I follow all of this stuff more closely than any human being really should. My family keeps pestering me to write a book. I''m sure I will someday!

Oh my stars, me too... You should see my books.. I have beautiful beautiful photographs of Diana.. I did the same thing.. and then again when they had her funeral and cried for hours. I love the whole european history of it.. its crazy romantic. I love history.

In my opinion Camilla could compete with any of them. Remember that Camilla was once young, and that it was then that she and Prince Charles fell in love. She loved him when Lady Diana was still in the nursery.

Nebe, no...but it was from around that time. Her hair was down, and she had it back from her face with a band I think. She was not smiling, it looked like a portrait and I think it was from her dance when she was about 16...if I recall she was wearing a strapless dress, but this was so long ago I do not recall.

Everyone has their own opinion on what is attractive or not. I think that as long as our comments are good-natured then it''s okay to criticize. We won''t all agree all the time. No big deal.
I personally don''t find Camilla all that attractive but I don''t think she''s ugly either. I can definitely understand why she appeals to Prince Charles more than Diana did. Camilla is just more his kind of woman. She probably is great company. Probably a great one to have at a house party! I really, really don''t approve of her actions in cheating with a married man but honestly I think Camilla takes too much of the blame for that. At least 50% ought to go to Charles and maybe some to Diana as well. And it''s not going to offend me if anyone disagrees.
