I was reading a copy of Town and Country (mainly for the drool bling factor) the other day and came across an ad for this jeweler:

A bit pricey, but I figured that someone out there might be interested. I know if I had extra cash I would go for one of her pendants! I like the build your own option too. I could play around with that for a while!
