Can you go to a Cartier store to try them on? I tried some on and only when you try on a few different sizes can you decide which one fits. I ended up liking the way a smaller size fit me due to my larger knuckles and slimmer finger. I was able to roll the rings over my knuckle easier before the sings snugged up. But that was just my experience and I don't remember how the Cartier sizes matched up to US ring sizes.
