Hello there. I have a question that I am hoping someone might be able to assist me with. I recently purchased a titanium ring with three black stones that have a gypsy setting. When I received the ring in the mail, I noticed that there are rough edges and metal shavings jutting out of each of the ring holes. I contacted the company and they told me this is normal and that metal shavings jutting out are what keep the stones in place. I find it hard to believe however since it looks messy and unprofessional. Any information is greatly appreciated!!
