I''m not Gypsy, but I did just get some of the .14 ctw huggies from Whiteflash. They are delicate and pretty but definitely not very blingy. The stones are so small that there''s not much fire from them. It''s mostly flash from the tables. It probably doesn''t help that I have to close them by pressing from both sides and the diamonds get fingerprints on them from the get-go. However, I like them a lot and I like how they can go from jeans to night-out.

Thanks for your reply Addlepated. Besides the .14ctw. huggies, I got a quote from WF on KtIceRN''s fishtail pave huggies which I really like. I ended up contacting Maytal Hannah and I''m getting the huggies that are on her website. She made my engagement ring setting for me. The earrings will have 5 pt. stones in them so I hope they''ll end up looking fairly blingy. |

I don''t have any pics offhand of just the huggies - I had them make drops for my emeralds to go with them. This thread has pictures and earshots and measurements, though.

No Cindy, we booked a wedding instead. LOL.
I would recommend taking a look at these if you have a decent budget. They were my first choice, but out of my price range. Also, goodoldgold had some nice H&A huggies for under a 1000. http://www.pricescope.com/forum/show-me-the-ring/my-wf-fishtail-pave-huggie-hoop-earrings-t69787.html ETA: It pays to read the whole thread. I can't wait to see your hoops from Maytal! |
