I'm wondering how difficult it would be for a jeweler to modify an e-ring setting I've selected. The ring is made of PT900/Ir. I'd like to add either 1 or 2 small diamonds to the setting on each side for an additional 2-4 diamonds. Any extra carat weight is insignificant to me as I wish to do this merely to make the ring unique. I've attached a picture of two different configurations that I was considering, each configuration represented by either red or green markings.
