Where to buy nice womens pajamas?

Where do you buy nice womens pajamas? Sets preferred, must be soft, decent quality, not crazy expensive, cotton preferred to flannel, cute, no buttons or collars on the tops.

In what ways are pajamas for nice women different from pajamas for women who are not nice? … remote-controled openings?

All of my sets have collars and buttons on the tops, or I wear solid tanks and printed bottoms. I like Victoria's Secret Mayfair jammies the most, followed by Old Navy pj bottoms because they both come in tall lengths. But, I found a couple things that might get you started:
