They will also do the silverware. I can't wait to see how this compares to the jewelry Cartier did for the 1974 version. Too bad DiCaprio was cast as Gatsby-he would have been a fantastic Nick Carraway.

I swore I wouldn't watch it, I love the original so much and just can't imagine anyone but Robert Redford as Gatsby but the more I hear of it, the more I know I will watch it. Definately one of my top ten books.

Interesting! I'm definitely going to see it.
I read that Cartier made replicas of the Duchess of Windsor's jewels for Madonna's W.E. and then destroyed them "as the originals were meant to be unique pieces." I don't know if this is true but I'd like to.
