do you like gold jewelry at all? you might be able to just find some cheepy stuff to put on, but i think if you''re going with gold shoes, you gotta go with gold accessories. that''s just me though. my mom had this weird thing about never mixing metals that she passed on to me. grrrrr. the dress sounds cute!!!!! |

I think the pairing could work if your dominant accessories are in a matching shade: your watch and wedding set, etc., wouldn''t bug me if they didn''t "match" the sandals, but if you had a big necklace or earrings, I think they should coordinate, or at least not clash. Do you have pearls or beads that could work?

I wouldn''t do it, it is different if the individual pieces have a bit of the silver and gold colors mixed in (for example, may be ok if your necklace and your watch had silver and gold tones, at least the tones are dispersed a bit), still not a fab. look but better in my opinion than just having all silver on top (your jewelry) and then gold at your toes.
