DH and I have been looking for a home since November. 32 homes later, we have finally found THE PERFECT HOUSE! From the moment I walked through the front door, I knew this was THE house for us!

Today my realator is drawing up the paperwork and we''re doing another walk-thru in the morning and submittig out offer! EEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK! We''re first time home buyers and I''m so nervous, but super excited at the same time! Please, send good vibes my way! I''m on pins and needles with excitement!

Metro, whenever one of my clients loses a property we usually find them something that is better in the long run. Sorry for the disappointment, but I bet you end up with a house that you like as much or more!

We''re in the beginning stages of house hunting (ours isn''t even on the market yet, we''re just keeping an eye on the market in our preferred areas, etc.) and we went out lookingover the weekend and ended up a bit disappointed by what I thought for sure was going to be the perfect house for us. Then when we were driving home I reminded myself that the perfect house will come at the perfect time and I just need to keep that in mind.

Anyways, just wanted to empathize and send some encouragement,the right house for you will come along!

If you live in the DFW area, the house next door to me is for sale. Brand new, never been lived in. The woman who built it just couldn''t sell her home quickly enough in downtown Dallas.
