I got some wonderful news this afternoon....

I''m still at work so I can''t share it with everybody.
I just want to shout it from the roof tops.
My Honey passed the Bar Exam!
He got the letter this afternoon - and just called.
It''s such a relief to finally know for sure! Phew!
Yeay!
We''re just ecstatic!
Hallelujah!

I am SO proud.
It took so much hard work, so much sacrifice, and loan debt

It's so funny.
His Mom was there to receive the letter.
She was on her way to take Grandma to the Dentist, so she took the letter with her.
She proceeded to call my Sweetie at work every ten mintutes from 2pm onward. She's a persistent lady!
So he left work to meet his Mom and Grandmother at this random Dentist's office to open his bar results.
How weird!
His Aunt happened to be in the area when she heard the news so she stopped off at the Dentists too.
So they are having a big family party in the Dentist's office!
He'll always remember finding out he passed the bar in a Dentist's office! It's just so silly.

(I told that badly, but you all get the point.)

It just makes our trip to Leon on Friday SOOO much sweeter. It's a chance to celebrate!

I''m the one that intercepted my husband''s letter when he was awaiting his Bar results.

He always said that it would be good news if the envelope was thin, bad news if the envelope was thick. I called him at work and told him the letter came and he yelled "IS IT THIN OR THICK?!" I told him I wouldn''t tell him until he got home.

He was so excited he asked me to open it while I was on the phone with him. He passed!

I know how much work my hubby went through. Congrats to your boyfriend on a job well done!

I know a couple of married attorneys.
She passed the bar the same day she found out she was pregnant.
She then proceeded to become a stay at home mom and raise 3 wonderful kids.

That was 19 years ago; she never practiced.
