1. Vintage deco asscher from Nelson Rarities with side baguettes
2. Vera Wang "Fan" setting -- east/west emerald with tapered baguette eternity band
3. Tiffany bezel set square emerald from the Legacy collection

(geez ... all pretty close to what I HAVE ... I''m so predictable)

Wild fantasy choices that aren''t really "me" but I love, love, love ... if I was picking for myself in another life!

1. Blue octagonal diamond
2. Tiffany''s "deco-setting" with a Round Brilliant & square emeralds all along the sides
3. KittenKat''s divine pink haloed OEC

This thread is making me drool!!!! I want to play too.

I would want my three dream rings to consist of a modern one, a classic one, and a colored diamond one:

1. 2+ carat royal asscher with side stones in platinum as my modern ring. No pave or anything, clean lines.

2. 3 carat round (either a modern or an OEC with excellent color and clarity) classic solitaire.

3. 3 carat GREEN (mint green colored) emerald cut diamond and two colorless diamond side stones (either traps, baguettes, or smaller emerald cuts).



My #0, of course, will be my micropave cushion halo from Leon

Oooh, this is fun!

I see everyone here really wants a HUGE diamond! Recently, I tried on a 2 ct diamond & I realize that I just CANNOT pull it off! I think my hands are too short, or something. It''s pretty depressing!

This is a fantasy, but in an attempt to be SOMEWHAT realistic, here are my top 3:

1. My own ring, exactly as it is (1.01 ct square H&A in a basket setting with a thin band of bead set pave 1/2 down the shank).

2. Kaleigh''s ring, but slightly smaller; probably a 1.25 - 1.5 ct center (You really have a beautiful classic there!)

3. A 2ct Royal Asscher with trap sides; so pretty!

I can''t answer this thread either, because it''s simply too hard. However, MoonRiver has a point, KH''s ring is gorgeous (with the same disclaimer!)

I also like Reese Witherspoon''s.

I think instead of choosing 3 particular rings, I''d rather be able to wear a different one each day!!!

and I''m keeping it realistic, bless you gals who can pull off 3 carat rocks, I can''t!!

1. solitare is my fave, so I''d get a platinum custom ring to look like my Stuller solstice, but more graceful and I''d get an amazingly cut D, super clean RB in about a 1.75 size. I''d wear it with a diamond eternity band in alternating baguettes /rounds - maybe 2 ctw

2. Tiffany deco with 1.5 ct centner stone

3. Tiffany ribbom ring with about 1.3 center stone.

1. .5 carat Loving Cup De Beers solitaire (love how sleek and user-friendly it is)
2. 1.5 carat squarish cushion or dark gemstone in a halo, pave band, plat.
3. (large) five stone round rose cut ring, maybe in an antique plat. setting

(To put things in perspective I currently have a new 2.5 EC in a temp setting)
