When I lived in DC I loved browsing thorugh the Smithsonian at all of the lovely jeweled treasures it holds. I recommend an afternoon there to all jewel lovers if they have a chance.

The American Star is Eight Star's 13.42 ct. D/IF diamond, which was on a tour after its debut and actually made a stop in Hawaii!!!!!!!
 But I didn't get to see it.

Reena, someday I want to be just like you and learn how to do this too! I saw the thread where you made this discovery and I confess it was a little over my head.  I didn't have the staying power to absorbe it. Someday soon I will return to "normal," whatever that is.
