Clothes for kitties

Can you just get an outfit for a small-ish dog that would fit your cat? Or were you looking for something cat-specific? I would assume most costumes would work cross-species.

I''ve never really been into pet dress up, and I only have a bunny now and I don''t think it would go over too well (he''s fussier than a cat!). Though I did promise him that he would have some sort of Halloween costume next year Now try finding bunny specific costumes if you want a challenge! Haha.

She is a tiny one. It would have to be small enough for a runt chiuaua(sp?).

I did find a santa hat and beard on ebay, but now I need the elf.

I have never been into dressing them up either, but for some reason I feel the need to this year. When I get them I will post the pictures and I am sure the pleasure will be obvious in their faces.

Finding clothes for a bunny will be tough. So cute though.

Ooo, small costumes *are* hard. My bun is only 4lbs, but built like a bulldog, so I have no idea what costumes would fit. He''d probably bust out of a costume built for a dog of a similar weight. Then again, I''m delusional if I think he''ll let me fasten anything around his body anyway ... I''m thinking a cape and hat might be as good as I''ll get.

I''m honestly surprised you''re not having more luck with kitty costumes. Seems like it''s a big business these days! And so many people are dressing up their chihuahuas that there should be really small costumes out there. Good luck with the elf hunt! Do you have a sewing machine? It might be fairly easy to make a hat and a little thing to hang down the chest.
