So my husband is having a cardiac procedure tomorrow which will keep him in the hospital until Wednesday and I would really appreciate some positive vibes and dust out there in the atmosphere for him, if you are so inclined.
.
thanx!

Amber I am sending buckets and buckets of good luck dust and vibes to your dh and to the surgeons for the procedure to go well. Sending you lots of hugs too. I will be keeping you and your dh in my thoughts.

Absolutely! So much dust for the BOTH of you :saint:

Make sure any person putting a line in your DH, whether its a chest line or a line in his arm, uses the complete sterile protocol. (No reinserting lines without gloves/gowns/sterile treatment first.)

Positive vibes and healing energy have been sent your way (and to your hubby of course!).

I wish him an unremarkable recovery and a smooth operation.

Thank you EVERYONE!!!!

Best possible news! No significant damage and no stent! And he's home. That 'm not thrilled with, I would prefer him in the hospital overnight since he was put under anesthesia, but you know insurance these days--if you're not in a coma you go home. He's OK though, but goofy and drowsy.

Again, thanks for your good thoughts!

Amber, many surgeons want their patients home asap so as to avoid MRSA, Super C. difficile colitis, medication errors, etc.

Wonderful news Amber!!! And I agree with Kristie. It is never good to stay at a hospital longer than one needs to because of increased risk of infection and other issues. All my doctors agree with this. Get out as fast as you can. Sending good wishes for a full and easy recovery!

Awesome news!!

And yes, by all means, get out of the hospital as quick as you can, lol. But I understand wanting to be cautious with your hubby. :))
