what is a fair selling price for this 3 stone diamond ring?

hello everyone who reads this I've had this ring sitting in a jewelry box for a couple years. I'm not going to ever wear it so I want to list it for sale, possibly sell to a friend and wondering what would be a fair price?
My husband is a criminal defense attorney and this ring, including warantee and receipts were given to him in exchange of a payment. These odd situations happen quite often, and I'm always happy when he brings home jewelry lol.
I know it isn't worth what the original buyer paid, main stone has visible inclusion and.... they bought it at zales.
Is $1,000 a reasonable price? Is it even worth that much?

Hi, there is a similiar ring currently on eBay for sale for $809 (slightly smaller but supposedly slightly better clarity) so I'd say around $850 - $900 is the "market sale value". That said, a lot of people don't like a second hand diamond ring and the low clarity means a lower resale value.
