Would rose gold make a blue/violet stone look more violet?

I'm looking to bring out the blue in a blue/violet stone.

Thanks.

(Just fyi, I'm partial to yellow gold more than white gold as second choices.)

IMO, I think rose gold makes cools stones, like green, blue and violet, look even more rich and bluish.

I have several cool colored stones in rose gold, including many blue/violets, and I love the way that metal makes my stones look.

If you search my topics, I use very descriptive terms, like "rose gold" in the title. I have a lot of pieces in rose gold, so you can view them all that way. I also used rose gold on my mint garnet, and although it's a green stone, the rose gold enhances the blue in the green.

The reason I originally used rose gold to begin with was because I was enamored with the look of this blue diamond ring by Leon Mege. Blue diamonds have a lot of grey in them, and they're not as vivid as some make them out to be, but the rose gold really enhanced the look of the blue. I set my spinel in rose gold after that, and then I became a rose gold fanatic. I just wouldn't use rose gold with warmer stones, like pinks, reds, . . .

Thanks so much. I'll go search.

You're right,it did work with that blue diamond.

"I just wouldn't use rose gold with warmer stones, like pinks, reds, . . . "
