What do you think of these rainbow-colored pieces?

It says the sapphires are natural.
Do we assume that refers to both the material AND the origin of the color.
Or is there a chance some are natural mined sapphires but the color is the result of treatment.

For $6,000 I'd want AGS or GIA lab reports on each stone, or at least on the fancy colors that are often treated like the Pads.
I realize all those reports are expensive but I'd rather spend $7,000 or $8,000 on a sure thing than risk $6,000 on a seller's word.
The seller may also have been lied to about color origin.

I don't know what to say about the listing but I wouldn't buy it without proof that they aren't BE diffused which rainbow coloured jewellery typically are. Saying that the sapphires are natural isn't clear enough to me to understand if they are real sapphires with untreated colour or if they are real sapphires but with treatment.

I agree - nothing to indicate treatment equals treatment, including diffusion in my book. Plus, the colors are dead ringers for diffusion.

Yeah, I'd bet dollars to doughnuts that they are treated. The yellow and orange ones especially scream diffusion.
