simply sapphires is listed in respected vendor list, but you are right to say that the stone is too dark at least for both our taste.

I agree with you that the color seems too dark. The GIA cert even calls it "dark green."

So dark it's hard even to tell if it's well cut. No window but I don't think meet points are very accurate, but not sure because it's so dark.

Too dark for my liking also, however, I am not keen on dark coloured blue sapphires.

Much too dark for me. The vendor used strong lighting for that picture, so this stone is likely to look blackish under normal lighting condition.

Hmmm I love green sapphires but even this one is way too dark for my taste. Agree with the others - it would probably reflect almost black without stong light.
