Reminds me of what my contractor told us more than a decade ago when we were gutting our NYC apt. He said you could have it 2 of 3 ways and we needed to choose. Well done, fast, inexpensive. We chose well done and fast (and very expensive LOL). The other options didn't appeal to us.
