Well, I am late to the party, but am excited to see your ring finished!! The pear has a good face up size and the setting will be lovely for it. I have not been charged any fees when purchasing from Leibish- but I have not purchased finished jewelry, either. I do know one person who bought a ring from them and there were no extra fees or tax charged to them.

And this last image needs a little explanation. My 5th wedding anniversary is tomorrow. And while my ring was mostly my planning and I didn't know if it would be here for my anniversary but it turned out that the timing was perfect for it. However, my gift from my hubby was the screen used helmet that Bradley Cooper wears as Chris Kyle in American Sniper (we collect screen used movie and tv props and costumes) It was such a wonderful surprise so hubby did a photo of both my anniversary gifts together!

Here it is with my ering. I love how while it is only .41ct it looks almost the size as my 1ct diamond!
