Round/Portuguese Sapphires - Help Needed

Hi,

I need some suggestions of where to look that is PS recommended for a pair of round (preferably Portuguese) sapphires. I'm interested in lighter Teal/Green/Aqua colored that will show off the cut.

I'm not concerned with heating for improvement of color.

Can some more experienced color stones aficionados point me in the right direction?

This is for a earring project.

I've seen them, they have beautiful stuff, but I feel like the Montana Sapphires you pay a premium for, is that true, or just me being cheap?

Hey Volvoqueen - Jim Rentfrow at Flawless Facets has access to some great lighter sapphires from Africa and Montana and would probably be happy to cut a matched pair to size. I know Gene Flanigan has cut some beauties as well, but he doesn't keep much stock on hand and I think he's not accepting custom orders at the moment.... Peter Torraca might be worth a try, but also doesn't keep much listed online.
