Revisiting a ruby on 47th Street

I posted this lovely unheated Raymond Yard ring during last year's round of jewelry shows. Eric Originals was then offering it for $324,000. I visited it again on 47th Street yesterday and the price has gone up to $390,000. (It's the one above my own smaller ring with a similar setting and is just under 5 carats, I believe.) Maybe the lower price was for the show, but that's still a notable increase.
