Hi all,

My boyfriend proposed to me yesterday!  I had posted here a couple of months ago, concerned about a window in my sapphire- but now that it is set I don''t notice it at all- and I still love the color, so cheers!

It''s a 8mm x 8mm cushion cut dark purple sapphire with a 14kt white gold halo.  We wanted a really dainty halo so it would look bright but not bulky.  The stone doesn''t have a ton of flash, but I am just enamoured of the color- dark purple with raspberry flashes!
