I finally got around to taking some better pictures of my emerald ring so I thought I'd start a thread. The ring was a graduation present from my parents. The Muzo emerald is 2.46ct. The ring is 18k white gold and has .75ctw diamonds.

Haha! Well, my mom did always want to adopt...

This was my present for graduating from high school. I think a matching pendant when I finish college would be nice.

Every time I see all the beautiful sugarloaves and cabs I want some of my own more and more!!

It doesn't really sit up that high, the pictures exaggerate the height. I do worry about hitting it. I don't wear it much, it's kind of a special occasion ring.

I always want more and more cabs too. I don't know what it is about them... they are like candy, you can't just have one!

Megeve, I’ve had my eyes on a loose emerald cab for a while... I’ll probably break down and buy it eventually if someone else doesn’t snatch it up. I think it’d make a lovely grad present. Just the thought of that stone makes me want to hurry up and graduate lol.
