Bump!

hee hee. remember the mahenge trillion from Tan? I received it and it was gorgeous! As the fellow PSers have predicted, it wasn't hot pink but it was HOT!! had it set and here's a pix of it.

That's gorgeous, and oh my goodness, what a unique way to set a trillion. I have never seen a trillion in an oval style setting before, and I think it's cool. I love the overlapping curves of diamonds on the halo too. Beautiful stone of course, and wear it in good health. You have some awesome taste. I'm pretty sure that's "old material" and I'm so glad you got that stone!! I was drooling at it forever on his site, and I'm so happy a PS'er got it.

Absolutely beautiful! I adore the way you've set the trillion. Incredibly unique and what a statement. I always shy away from buying trillions because there are so few settings I like but you may have changed my mind with this combination! Is it a setting from one of our favourites on Ebay or did you buy it elsewhere please?

thanks for your lovely compliments! I am quite glad the design worked. It was customised by a local jeweller I know. Normally he sets with ovals and rounds - so that's his first attempt with a trillion.

hi chrono, it's customed made by my local jeweller. It consists of 3 interlocking rings - rather interesting, I must say. Sometimes, I can just stare at the rings to see how they overlap with one another.

I have this strange habit of trying to change the shape of the stone through its setting (if I can) - so I didn't want the trillion to look too triangular, so I chose an oval setting to go with it. Glad it worked - helps that the stone itself is stunning
