Not exactly pink or green, but I''d go with a rhodolite or an amethyst for this one - just feels this setting might work with those colors. Or maybe even a dark red of an ordinary pyrope garnet, don''t know, could work. Or how about a nice brownish hessonite, or anything of similar color (brownish spess, zircon...). For some reason I think deep tones might work better in this setting than light ones, but I could be wrong.

These colors look almost royal to me! I like the color of the zircon, but I can see why you want something bright in there! I'm partial to white gold with that pink, myself.

I have no idea how pure a pink it is but it fits, it is pink and well under budget.http://www.diamondexpert.com/diamonds/dbs.cgi?sf=detg.setup.cgi&active=active&stock=TM00244&submit_search=1

color looks a bit deceiving,, here is momachristine, but I have to go hunt mine down, however on these mali garnet, they have great dispersion and sparkly too. but it does tend to have morre yellow, however I didn't like how mine looked next to yellow gold it clashed imo. so I liked mine with wg metal color. ![]() and here is my mali garnet. not sure if you like the color. if so, I can try and hunt down one for yah ![]() |

Its an oval but quite a short one. It would look really good in the setting but a bit too short and its got a bit of a belly on it. Personally I''ve never run across this color in a zircon before, so I HAD to snatch it up! ![]() -A |

Hey go ahead! They are amazingly gorgeous but as I don't want to modify the setting, they wouldn't fit. Besides, I'm asking for extra pics of the spinel anyway That one may be a go!-A |

Really? How exciting! Its pretty, no? And that would be the first time I''ve found someone a stone, I think! If you decide to get it after you see other pics, post pics, I''d love to see! Pink totally isn''t my color, but that raspberry garnet is calling my name. |

Gorgeous stone! If it fits the setting, it will definitely make an eye-popper of a ring! |

Im a little concerned about the width and the the fact it can get a bit dark. I certainly have to think about it through. I''ve contacted Gary about a pink already, though I''m thinking it may be too peachy for me. -A |
