I won this yesterday on eBay. It's miniscule at 5 points and there are lots of inclusions, but I couldn't resist the violet color. It's coming from Israel so it won't be here for another two weeks, but I thought I'd share. It's my first purchase from Benma Diamonds. Fingers crossed that I see the violet color in person.

I got it last week. At first I kind of thought "where's the violet?" Then I put it next to my fancy grey diamond, and thought "oh, there it is." I'll post some pictures a bit later. I'm not really sure what I'll do with it just yet. It was definitely an impulse buy since I'd never seen a diamond with violet in person.

I'm curious to see your new gray violet diamond; perhaps 18K rose gold (less coppery, softer blush metal colour) will bring out the violet?

Ditto on what Chrono said... That rose gold would look great for it!

I thought of 18k palladium white gold, which is a nice soft grey, to bring out the violet.

Nice collection!

The rest is gray or bluegray? Sometimes difficult to decide on my ipad.

Exept the pink of course.

The larger stones are light grey. The smaller stones are fancy light greenish blue.

Beautiful. Are you looking to combine them in a single piece of jewelry? I think they all look fabulous together, and play off really well against each other.

They would look yummy together -- what an unusual & pretty collection they are. How you set them, if together, depends on size -- how big are they? (I'd love to have this problem! )

They are all tiny, maybe side stones for a ring. Greys are 12 points, pinks are 10 points, greenish blues are 5 points, and the gray violet is 5 points.

Small fcds like that look a lot larger once they're set. I think they would make for a nice scatter ring, or cluster ring.
