Favorite books re: gems and jewelry?

If you could only have 3 books re: gems and jewelry, which would they be?
Can be educational or eye-candy or both!

(I ask because I'm trying to learn more about colored gemstones. Buying is one of the best ways to learn, of course, but it hasn't been cheap.... lol)
