Bvlgari exhibit in Houston today

went to see it with my daughter - beautiful stuff (although not the style of jewelry I love). They certainly liked to mix diamonds with colored stones. Most of the sapphire stones were on the light side of blue, rather than what I would call cornflower. Emeralds were large and lots of jardin.

No picture taking allowed so I purchased the book ($19.95). Would post some of the pictures but I have a very inexpensive printer/scanner as I rarely need to print anything. If anyone wants to volunteer I would gladly lend the book in return for them posting pictures. Mailing at the book rate is pretty inexpensive; "Bvlgari - 130 Years of Masterpieces, Jeweler to the Stars".

Glad you had the opportunity to see some gems in Houston but it's a pity pictures aren't allowed. I'm sure many wouldn't mind your taking pictures of the pictures in the book you purchased. A few pictures are better than none. :Up_to_something:
